Dr. Ania Smith

Resident Physician

Step into the realm of natural health guided by Dr. Ania Smith, a Bastyr University graduate with
a doctorate in naturopathic medicine. Committed to the well-being of Bozeman's community, Dr.
Smith serves as the resident practitioner at Bridger Natural Health Clinic.

With a focus on family medicine, Dr. Smith addresses a range of conditions, including fertility
support, pregnancy care, eczema, headaches, menstrual irregularities, and pelvic inflammatory
disorders. Offering thorough yearly health screens and full-body physical exams, she is skilled in
managing chronic abdominal pain, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Dr. Smith has a genuine
passion for navigating the intricacies of unsolved medical cases, providing personalized care to

Amy Husted

Office Manager

Amy lives here in Bozeman with her husband, Ryan, and in her free time she enjoys cooking, camping, getting outside to explore the beauty that Montana has to offer and spending time with family and friends. Amy has numerous years of office management experience and her deep appreciation for holistic health led her to studies in integrative nutrition. The philosophy that everything we feed ourselves, mind, body and spirit, has an effect on our overall health and well-being, is something that Amy strongly believes in.

Caleigh Searle

Esthetician

Caleigh Searle grew up in Bozeman and lives here with her husband and has raised two boys that also have a passion for skincare! She has a background in clinical herbalism, finishing two years of school in the 1990's and has been a licensed esthetician since 2014. She became a licensed esthetics instructor in 2018 and currently teaches at Amara Advanced School of Esthetics. She has a thriving private practice and concentrates on holistic skin care and hair removal. Skin health and the chemistry of ingredients that are beneficial for the skin is a passion for Caleigh and she takes a very comprehensive approach to healthy ageing and the treatments of skin concerns.

What can I expect as a new patient?

Initial Consult 1.5-2 Hours

If you're new to Bridger Natural Medicine Clinic, the initial consult lasts 1.5-2 hours. Sufficient time is given to voice all health matters, thoughts, and concerns. During this time. Dr. Lemley will also gather a complete health history, review any previous records from former physicians, go over your current symptoms, and gather other important details.

Physical Exams and Diagnostics

When indicated, a physical exam my be performed. This may be as simple as looking into an ear if it us infected, or listening to a heart with a stethoscope. We often do blood work, take cultures, can order x-rays, mammograms, ultrasounds, DEXA, MRIs, CT scans, colonoscopies, and other procedures to enhance our clinical diagnosis.

Insurance

Beginning May 1, 2023, the clinic will be removing itself from the insurance submittal/billing process. All contracts previously held with insurance providers (such as BCBS, Aetna, Allegiance, Pacific Source, etc.) will to be terminated. Payment for services rendered will be due at time of service. An invoice holding all diagnostic and procedure codes will be given to the patient which they can submit to their insurance provider for reimbursement of services. By Montana State law, there is mandatory health insurance coverage for licensed Naturopathic Physicians so patients are entitled to receive reimbursement from insurance companies. If requested, the clinic can still submit the claim to an insurance provider on behalf the patient, but ultimately insurance reimbursement for services rendered will be between the patient and their insurance provider. The clinic will assist patients in this process.

Dr. Robert Lemley is the only physician in southwest Montana who carries the Certified Menopause Practitioner credential via the esteemed North American Menopause Society, providing natural and comprehensive treatment of peri-menopause, menopause, irregular cycles, and andropause, to enhance quality of life and to prevent age-related illness.

Dr. Lemley is a women's and men's hormone specialist, working with women, men, as well as many other conditions such a thyroid, gastrointestinal issues, and more.

Women's Health

Peri-Menopause/Menopause, Hot flashes and night sweats, mood changes such as anxiety/depression, menstrual irregularities, such as longer, heavier, or shorter cycles, decreased libido, and pelvic atrophy, fibroids, fibrocysitc breast disease, endometriosis, thyroid conditions, and prevention of age-related illness.

Mens Health

Dr. Lemley also specializes in a variety of men's related issues, including Andropuase, low energy, decreased sexual desire and function (ED), prostate and urinary issues, weight gain, mood changes, among others.
