My Style of Practice:

In my naturopathic practice, I take a holistic approach, acknowledging the intricate connection between the body, mind, and spirit. I'm genuinely enthusiastic about physical medicine, finding value in hands-on healing and thorough physical examinations to understand each person's unique needs. I incorporate

  • Cranial sacral therapy, a gentle hands-on technique focusing on the subtle rhythm of cerebrospinal fluid, to promote overall balance.
  • Constitutional hydrotherapy, which involves alternating hot and cold compresses, is another technique I use to stimulate the body's natural healing processes.
  • For women's health, I offer comprehensive care, including routine and as-needed pap exams, ensuring a holistic approach to gynecological health.
  • In homeopathy, I customize remedies based on individual constitutions, recognizing that personalized approaches yield effective results.
  • Botanical medicine is a significant aspect of my practice, where I advocate for using herbs in therapeutic doses, crafting personalized remedies for specific health concerns.
  • In mental health, I integrate ancestral trauma healing and dreamwork classes,
  • acknowledging the connection between past experiences and mental wellness.
  • With rejuvenative medicine I have a great passion for intravenous infusions that have therapeutic doses of nutrients to heal chronic cases of mold, EBV, Lyme disease, and cancer. I also specialize in PRP facials which helps with restoring collagen and assists with tissue repair and leaves the face glowing for weeks. I also specialize in joint injections that help aid in pain, injury recovery and chronic wear and tear. I love using injections like B12 shots and Magnesium pushes on patients with chronic fatigue, migraines, and deficiencies.
Overall, my style of practice aligns with Dr. Lemley's in that I practice tightly within what is taught in our medical schools and intertwine the Naturopathic Tools that are rooted in modern, scientific, and empirical methods. This includes all conventional and modern diagnostic procedures.

Things You May Not Know About Me...

Half of my leisure time you'll catch me in the wild, with my dog Roxy girl, geeking out on foraging plants and crafting my own medicinal blends. For me, foraging local plants that flourish with the changing seasons isn't just a hobby-it's a profound journey of connecting with nature's bounty and unlocking the power of healing. There's a unique harmony in scouring the landscape, identifying seasonal gems, and crafting my own medicines. It's more than a practice; it's a gateway to understanding the natural rhythms of the earth and harnessing their therapeutic potential for holistic well-being.

The other half of that time you'll spot me navigating the exhilarating world of board sports. Fueling an unwavering passion for conquering snow-covered peaks on a snowboard, riding ocean waves on a surfboard, and navigating bowls on a skateboard, I strive for peak physical, mental, and spiritual well-being to achieve my goals of getting barreled, stomping a backflip, and smoothly airing out of the bowl!

Why Did I Become a Doctor?

Once upon a time, in the magical land of healing possibilities, I embarked on a whimsical journey to become a naturopathic doctor, a tale woven with the threads of my own experiences and the wisdom passed down through the ages.

My adventure began when the conventional medical system led me astray, guiding me through the labyrinth of uncertainty after witnessing my mom's courageous battle with breast cancer. In the midst of the storm, a revelation emerged - a transformative whole-foods organic diet and the enchanting power of positive mantras became the guiding stars in her healing journey. Rooted in my traditional Polish heritage, where herbal remedies danced through generations like secret spells, I marveled at their efficacy compared to the enchantments offered by pharmaceuticals. The echoes of ancestral healing songs whispered to me, and I felt a calling to weave these ancient remedies into the tapestry of my own healing journey. The passion for the well-being of children sprouted like wildflowers in my heart. It became clear that true healthcare for the little ones must embrace the whole symphony of their existence, tending to mind, body, and spirit.

But it was on the mystical shores of the Big Island of Hawaii that destiny unfurled its map for me. Amidst the rustle of palm leaves and the symphony of crashing waves, I stumbled upon the sacred teachings of naturopathic medicine. Here, I met a healer whose artistry combined the melodies of evidence-based medicine with the healing potency of nature. It was as if I had discovered a hidden treasure chest, overflowing with the elixirs of ancient wisdom and modern science.

And so, the stars aligned, the universe nodded, and the ink of fate inscribed my destiny as a naturopathic doctor. With every page turned, my commitment deepened, locked into the infinite dance of healing. I became obsessed with unraveling the secrets of well-being, driven by an insatiable curiosity to understand how to help people not just survive, but thrive in the grand tapestry of life.

So, here I am, a whimsical wanderer turned naturopathic storyteller, ready to share the magic of healing with you. Let us embark on this enchanting journey together, where the healing powers of nature and the wisdom of generations converge, creating a symphony of well-being that resonates through the ages.
